Why train in the different planes of motion?
If we didn't move within these different planes we'd probably look like robots!
'3D' training leads to even muscle strength, higher spatial awareness, greater injury prevention, better balance and overall developing a stronger and more dynamic body.
We are constantly in and out of these planes day to day and during sports. So why not train and develop movement patterns within the planes.
